12 July 2011:

Attendance: everyone present

What is our overall aim for our group:
to spread awareness about how bad is our environment now and how we're the one who's destroying it. Also we also going to spread awareness about using public transportation

We are trying to achieve:
We are trying to educate people about public transportation and how that is better than using cars.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Simran: Leader. In charge of making sure everything gets down within the group.

Jasmin: Secretary, helps the Leader in making sure what needs to get done. In charge of recording everything that happens within the group.

Jake: The IT guy. Works with Hasmah for any technical stuff. Editing, usage of different medias.

Hasmah: Visuals (If needed, eg: Videos for awareness)

Bryan Chung: Helps Simran with coordinating tasks, deadlines etc

Having a Leader or an Organizer:
The leader just leads and makes sure that everyone is up to date within a group, is the person who keeps the group together, and organizer makes sure that everyone is just up to date but doesn't make much of an effort to try and keep the group together.

Why is Simran the Leader?
Besides being the creator of this group, Simran is also well organized, keeps track of all deadlines, and helps the rest of us within the group to keep on schedule. As well as having a fast mind, Simran is more prone not to start arguing within a discussion, compared to the rest of us.
